This website is run by Vishnu Image Folio Pvt. Ltd., trading as ArtzFolio, New Delhi and Noida.

What the enquiry form collects and why

The enquiry form collects what you type (your name, your company or brand, your e-mail address, a phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, and your message) and the product, quantity and brand choices you make. It also records the page or topic you sent it from. It is used to reply to you.

Who handles it

Your message is handled by our team and by the service providers that host this site, check that a message comes from a person, and send our internal notification e-mail.

Bot check and cookies

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a message comes from a person. It runs on the contact page when you reach the form, and the Turnstile widget may set its own technical cookie. This site itself sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising tools.

Limiting repeated submissions

Your internet address is used briefly to limit repeated or automated submissions.

How long we keep it

Messages sent through the enquiry form are kept for 12 months.

Asking about your information

To ask about your information, use the enquiry form on our contact page and say that it is a privacy request. Please give the e-mail address you used in your enquiry so we can confirm it is you. We answer privacy requests within 30 days.

Complaints

If you have a complaint or a concern about how your personal information is handled, write to the Founder / Director through the enquiry form on our contact page.

This website is meant for people aged 18 and over.
