How it works

How an order runs, in four stages

Design and development. Production planning. Production and quality control. Packaging and logistics. You see a prototype before production is planned.

Process

Four stages

  1. Design and development

You send a brief: the product, a rough quantity, and whether it carries your brand. We turn it into a design and make prototypes for you to check.

  2. Production planning

We plan the run: materials, stations and packing. Your quote carries the sample plan and the sample price.

  3. Production and quality control

The order is made across the factory stations, with inspection before packing. The approved sample is the reference.

  4. Packaging and logistics

We pack to your plan, with your label and packaging. We assist with the logistics. Shipping is EXW Noida.

The route

What happens after you enquire

  1. You send a brief

The product, a rough quantity band and whether it carries your brand, through the enquiry form.

  2. We reply

We read the brief and reply with questions or with a quote.

  3. The quote

It carries the price, the sample plan and sample price, the minimum order and the lead time.

  4. Prototype and sample

We make a prototype or sample for you to check. Samples are paid; by agreement the cost can be reimbursed or adjusted in your final order.

  5. Production

Payment is 50% advance. The order is made against your approved sample, packed to your plan and shipped EXW Noida.

Factory

The factory behind the stages

Our own factory runs nine stations: prepress, printing, lamination, sheet cutting, mitre cutting or frame making, joining, assembly, inspection and packing. The exact stations depend on the product.

Raw materials are 100% indigenous. Station lists are on the photo frames and boards pages.

Checklist

What to send us

You do not need all of this to begin. The more of it you send, the more precise the reply.

  • Artwork or a brief

Finished artwork files, or a short description of what you want to sell, or a photo of something similar.

  • Product type

Which products from the range interest you, and any preference for size, material and finish.

  • Rough quantity

A band is enough: the form offers up to 100 pieces, 100 to 500, 500 to 2,000, more than 2,000, or not sure yet.

  • Target market

Where and how you sell, such as an online store or retail shops, because it shapes the pack.

  • Packaging needs

Whether the product carries your own brand, label, inserts and packaging, and how it should be packed.

Samples

Want to see the work first?
